DUNA THE GIRL WHO WORE THE RED BOOTS!

This is the sad story of Duna who when she was at the pound was so overweight and she had sores all over her feet so couldn’t walk. The lovely people at the pound managed to get her some red boots to help her walk and consequently loose a bit of weight and eventually she was adopted and came over to the UK. Duna is approximately 7 years old and is a real favourite!

Height: approx 50cm Weight: approx 35kg

Unfortunately for Duna there has been a family problem and through no fault of her own her adopters are no longer able to keep her, it’s so sad after everything she’s been through. He adopter said that she is food orientated and can be a little jumpy when excited but otherwise she’s an absolute sweetheart who is very friendly around people and other dogs and she would be ideal living with a doggy sibling.

She loves to have short walks and then crashes out on the sofa! Duna does have leishmaniasis but this responded well to treatment and is controlled by inexpensive drugs and we would offer our full support to ensure this continues to be manageable.

Duna is extremely quiet and hardly ever barks, she is an easy going, placid, wonderful sweet dog who just wants an easy life, so no trouble at all. She is currently in York.

Duna is available for adoption in Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Holland, Spain and many other countries. Homecheck and adoption fee apply. Adoption fee includes neutering, passport, microchip, all vaccinations, blood tests to screen for diseases, worm and flea treatment.
Adoption cost in Spain (if no transport required) 155€ for males and €165 for females. Adoption costs to the UK £350, this includes all DEFRA paperwork and transport by DEFRA registered carrier(using the TRACES system) by road direct to your door. We sort all the arrangements for you.
