MATILDE – NEEDS A VERY SPECIAL FAMILY

Poor Matilde is a very fearful dog that needs an experienced family with lots of time, patience and love to give. She definitely needs to live with other dogs but not cats. She has an un-threatening aura and so dogs are drawn to her and she is never involved in any conflict. In December 2021 she went into a foster home with another fearful dog from the pound and there are 2 resident dogs there. Matilde’s problem is her fear and lack of confidence. She has to take things at her own pace. She has already started to jump on the sofa next to her foster mum. However fireworks petrify her. She can walk well on the lead but prefers a rural environment. A very special home is what she needs.
