PIKE – A LITTLE TLC AND THIS BOY IS IN HEAVEN
Pike arrived at the pound in July 2018 and was approximately 2 years old on arrival. He is a male Podenco who was found and brought to the pound.
Height: approximately 48cm Weight: approximately 11kg
Pike arrived at the pound a quivering wreck. We believe he belonged to a hunter before and really hoped the hunter would not come looking for him as we know there is someone out there who can give this boy the fabulous life he deserves. It’s as if he knew this was his chance as, after arriving absolutely terrified, within a couple of days he has turned into the most trusting and loving dog. He gets on well with other dogs and really enjoys strokes and cuddles. He won’t be used to the outside world so will need a family who will be patient with him and show him how wonderful life can be.

Pike is available for adoption in Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Holland, Spain and many other countries. Homecheck and adoption fee apply. Adoption fee includes neutering, passport, microchip, all vaccinations, blood tests to screen for diseases, worm and flea treatment.
Adoption cost in Spain (if no transport required) 150E. Adoption costs to the UK £350, this includes all DEFRA paperwork and transport by DEFRA registered carrier(using the TRACES system) by road direct to your door. We sort all the arrangements for you.
